Low Key Guitar Co. is dedicated to supporting aspiring musicians through quality music education and exciting community giveaways. Here is everything you need to know regarding participation, winner selection, and prize fulfillment.

Who is eligible to participate?
Giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry, or minors who have obtained explicit parental or legal guardian consent. Void where prohibited by law.

How do I submit an entry?
Eligible participants can enter through our official giveaway registration form online. Limit of one entry per person unless additional bonus entries are specifically designated in the campaign instructions.

Is a purchase or lesson booking required?
No purchase, lesson registration, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or booking will not improve your chances of winning.

How and when are winners selected?
Winners are chosen at random from all verified, eligible entries received during the entry window. Drawings take place shortly following the official deadline specified for each active gear giveaway.

How will the winner be contacted?
Potential winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of selection. If a selected entrant fails to respond within five business days, an alternate winner may be chosen at random.

What prizes are awarded and can they be exchanged?
Prizes include guitar gear, accessories, or lesson credits as announced in each giveaway campaign. Prizes are awarded as-is, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Who pays for shipping and applicable taxes?
Standard shipping within the continental United States is covered by Low Key Guitar Co. Any applicable local, state, or federal taxes associated with receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
